Homemade Fruit Roll-Ups
Today I made a healthy after school snack that is my favorite, fruit roll-ups!

You will need three pounds of fruit (I only used about two pounds). I used mangos and raspberries.

First, combine whatever fruit you have with 2 tablespoons lemon juice over medium heat.

WARNING – if using a pulpy or fiberous fruit then make sure to blend it and strain it well. After I blended it I added honey to sweeten it to taste.

Pour the fruit in the solid tray of your dehydrator on 140 for 12-20 hours.

They should be dry but a little sticky to the touch.

Cut them to your desired width and roll up in parchment paper.

They taste really good. I stored them in a plastic bag for an easy after school snack! The dehydrator is amazing to make so many foods. I love to make beef jerky in it also!
