** Your Macaroni Kid Douglasville Publisher had the chance to see this show over the weekend and it was fantastic! The actors were great and the show was incredibly interactive. You get to do a sing along with the actors at one point and you are very involved in the last scene:) I don't want to say anything else to not spoil the ending of the show. And the actors are really involved with the patrons of the show. There are several points before and after the show that they are hanging out with all the show patrons and their families.
When you do get there, remember that this play is not at the normal Serenbe playhouse woods area so please remember that you must look at the page
http://www.serenbeplayhouse.com/shows-events/current-season/sleepy-hollow-experience and follow the parking directions to find the place in the woods where the show is being held. And plan on getting there early in order to find the show area.
The actors costumes were great also, very realistic and perfect to the time period. All the actors also spoke in very good English accents and it was fitting to the story of Sleepy Hollow.
So 2 things you should know if you decide to go and see the show. Firstly, there are some scary sounds for younger kids, like my own of 4. So we chose to go during the day instead of a night time performance for our family. If you have a little one like me, you may want to consider going earlier rather than later.
It was a great and fantastic Halloween show though and worth taking a drive down to Chattahoochee Hills to see before November the 3rd!
